Super Bird Sandwich

Ingredients

Chicken breast 2 (flattened)
Egg 1
Bread slices 4
Tomato sliced 4
Cheese slices 2
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp heaped
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Butter spread on bread slices

Method

- Marinate chicken breast pieces with salt, pepper, mustard paste, Wooster sauce, ketchup, egg and flour,
- Coat marinated chicken in bread crumbs, and shallow fry.
- Apply butter on bread slices, put 2 cheese slices and grill for 2 minutes, top with salad leaves, fried chicken breast, 2 slices of tomatoes, cover with second slice of bread cut sandwich into halves.
- Serve with fries and Coleslaw salad.

Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

Chicken mince 250 gms
Garlic Finely chopped 1tsp
Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Whoester sauce 2tbsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 50gms
mayoniese 4tbsp
Boiled eggs 2 (chopped)
Milk half cup
Iceburg lettuce (optional)
large bread slices 10 to 12 (Corners removed)

Method

Heat oil and add garlic,fry for few seconds then add chicken,Whoester sauce,White vinegar,Crushed Black pepper ,White pepper and salt fry till water dries up.cool.In a large bowl add fried chicken mince,mayo,butter,eggs,milk and lettuce,mix well and spread this mixture on bread slices wrap with cling or damp cloth.

Tandoori Club Sandwich

Ingredients

Bread slices Bread slices
1 Tomato (cut into slices)
1 Cucumber (cut into slices)
2 cups Roasted chicken
2 eggs Omelets made with
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
as required Salad leaves
¼ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Black pepper
¾ tsp Mustard powder
2 tbsp Ketchup

Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken

2 Chicken breast
½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Method

Method for Tandoori Chicken


Marinate 2 chicken breasts with 2 tbsp  Tandori Masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Cook marinated chicken in pan with 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup of water till tender.
Take off from flame and shred the chicken.

Chop the 2 cup Tandoori chicken, mix with 1/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, 3/4 tsp mustard powder, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp ketchup.
Slightly toast (optional) 8 bread slices, apply mayonnaise and put prepared chicken mixture. Cover with second slice of bread.
Now put one salad leaves, cucumber slices, tomato slices and a piece of omelets, cover with last 3rd slice of bread.
Cut into 4 triangular pieces, fix with tooth picks and serve with fires and Coleslaw salad.

Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients


1 hard-boiled* egg (large), peeled and chopped1-2 Tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)2 Tbsp chopped celery1 Tbsp chopped green onionCurry powder (to taste)Salt and pepper (to taste)1 leaf of lettuce2 slices dark rye bread, toasted

* To make hard boiled eggs, place a few eggs in a saucepan, cover with at least an inch of water, preferable 2 inches. Add a half teaspoon of vinegar and some salt to the water (if the shells crack while boiling, the vinegar will help keep the egg in the shell). Cover the pan and bring the water to a boil. As soon as the water begins to boil, remove the pan from heat and let it sit, covered, for 12 minutes. Drain the water from the pan, add cold water to cool the eggs, let sit a couple minutes longer.

Method


1 Mash up the chopped egg a bit with a fork. Mix together the chopped hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise, celery and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and curry powder to taste. Mix with a spoon.

Egg Salad Sandwich
2 Toast your bread slices. Put a layer of lettuce on one slice of toasted bread, spread the egg mixture on top of the lettuce, put another slice of toasted bread on top & Serve!

Club Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • Cheese slices  as required
  • Chicken boiled  1 1/2 cup
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Eggs  as required
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste  2 tbsp
  • Butter  a little
  • Cucumber  as required
  • Tomatoes  as required
  • Lettuce leaves  as required
  • Toast slices  as required

Method

  •  Club Sandwiches
    1. Boil the chicken with garlic cloves, salt and black pepper.
    2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the boiled egg slices.
    3. Butter the toasts.
    4. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard paste.
    5. Apple the mayonnaise mix on the slices.
    6. Place sliced eggs on mayonnaise and mustard coated slices.
    7. Now place buttered toast and put lettuce leaves on it.
    8. Place a cheese slice on it.
    9. Also place tomatoes and cucumber slices.
    10. Now add chicken on it.
    11. Cover with mayonnaise and mustard paste coated slice.
    12. Slice in half and insert toothpick in it.
    13. Serve with fries.
