Caramel Pudding



Ingredients

Milk 1.5 liter
Eggs 6
Sugar 1/2 cup + 2tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yellow color few drops

Method

Melt 2tbsp sugar in a saucepan till light golden, remove, pour in a jelly mold and leave to set. Put milk in a bowl add half cup sugar & 6 eggs & beat well add vanilla , pour over the set ceramal and bake in a preheated oven on a water bath for 45 minutes. Remove, cool in fridge overnight, overturn and Serve.
