Ingredients:
Chocolate 100 gramsButter50 gram
Eggs3
Milk¼ cup
Coco powder1 tbsp
Sugar75 gram
Vanilla essence½ tsp
Gelatin 1 tsp
Water¼ cup
Fresh cream200 grams
Caster sugar1 cup
Method:
Melt chocolate over pan of boiling water add in it butter, milk, coco powder and mix wellBeat eggs with caster sugar very well till fluffy add essence now fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and gelatin very softly also fold in the whipped cream pour in separate glasses & chill till firm or set,
Decorate with fresh cream,cherries and chocolate decorations
