Indonesian Style Chicken


Ingredient


1-1/2 lb Chicken
3 medium onions thinly sliced
3 medium tomatoes roughly chopped
6-7 cloves of garlic minced
2 tsp Red Chili flakes
2 TBSP Soy sauce
Salt as per taste

Method

Heat about half cup of oil in a wok and start to fry onions until soft and slightly pink
Add the chicken and minced garlic and keep frying until golden in color
When the chicken is about half done add the tomatoes, salt and chili flakes and keep frying on medium heat. You might want to cover it at this point so it tenderizes.
Once cooked add 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce and keep frying until the oil comes on top and all the moisture has evaporated
Serve with Naan or white rice if you like.
