Kashmiri Khajoor Kay Ladoo
Ingredients
- Dates½ kg
- Chopped almonds15
- Chopped pistachio15
- Semolina1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Crushed cardamom4
- White sesame seeds3 tbsp
- Coconut powder1 packet
- Oil1 tbsp
Method
- Deseed the dates.
- Take 1 tbsp oil in the pan and sauté crushed cardamom.
- Sauté semolina and roast 15 chopped almonds and 15 chopped pistachio and cook it.
- Remove it from the stove and add it in the dates.
- When the semolina cools, add in 1 cup sugar.
- Add in 1 packet coconut powder, 3 tbsp white sesame seeds.
- Grease your hands and make small balls out of it.
